The Computing-power Network Development Group (hereinafter referred to as CN DG) promotes the application and ecosystem development of the computing-power network, enriching and advancing the computing-power industrial ecosystem. CNDG carries out the following tasks:

1.Bridge the Industry-Academia-Research-Application Transformation Chain.


Promote the integrated development of the computing-power network and achieve efficient coordination under the “East Data, West Computing” initiative. Develop standards and open-source frameworks, promote the implementation of value-based solutions, and publish industry development research reports. Explore innovative operational mechanisms such as computing-power trading markets.


2.Participate in Global Rule Making and Security Governance.


Facilitate the adoption of Chinese standards in global markets and promote the interconnection among computing-power hubs along the Belt and Road Initiative, ASEAN, and BRICS regions. Explore compliant pathways for cross-border data flow and develop mechanisms for mutual data trust.


3.Conducting International Academic Activities.


Host The World Computing-power Network Annual Conference, establish academic journals, and enhance international influence.
