On the afternoon of September 8, 2025, the "International Cooperation and Matching Conference for Digital and Intelligent Industries" was successfully held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. The event was hosted by the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and co-organized by the Global Computing Alliance and other units. Focusing on the theme of "Opportunities and Challenges of Digital Industry Going Global", the conference attracted over a hundred participants including government representatives, industry leaders, senior executives of enterprises, alliance experts, and representatives from domestic and foreign industries. They jointly explored the paths and strategies for the international development of digital and intelligent industries.

Yu Zirong, deputy director of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce, said in his opening remarks that the digital economy is becoming an important engine for promoting high-quality economic development and international cooperation. He pointed out that Chinese digital enterprises are accelerating their pace of going global and have made significant progress in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and 5G, but they also face multiple challenges such as data sovereignty, technical standards, and compliance requirements. He called on enterprises to actively integrate into the global digital ecosystem, strengthen compliance operations and collaborative innovation, and jointly build a digital community with a shared future.

During the industry alliance promotion session, Ou jun Yan, Director of the Member Development Department of the GCC Secretariat, detailedly introduced the alliance's practical achievements in promoting industrial overseas expansion and building ecological cooperation, and shared profound insights and practical experiences in the field of digital industry going global.

As China's first international industrial and standard organization in the computing field, the Global Computing Consortium (GCC) adheres to the values of "openness, innovation, collaboration, and win-win". In the past year since its establishment, it has achieved fruitful results in international cooperation. On the path towards global development, GCC has joined hands with international organizations to write a new chapter. It has successively signed memorandums of cooperation with international organizations including the European Open Edge HPC Initiative (OEHI), the Global Platform (GP), and the Malaysian National Technology Association (PIKOM), focusing on areas such as international exchange insights, industrial research empowerment, and ecological collaborative innovation. The aim is to further develop a diverse computing ecosystem through open innovation and knowledge sharing, and inject new impetus into the global industrial development.

During the high-level dialogue session, Yunhong Information, a member of the Global Computing Consortium (GCC), attended as a representative of the alliance's industrial partners. Chen Dunhua, the IT Director of Yunhong Information, along with representatives from Inspur Cloud, China Mobile International, Hong Kong Cyberport, and Wuhan Pansheng Technology, engaged in in-depth discussions on three topics: "Opportunities and Challenges", "Experience and Countermeasures", and "Suggestions and Prospects". They shared practical experiences in local operations, compliance construction, and technological innovation in Southeast Asia, Europe, and other markets, and proposed suggestions on how to reduce overseas risks and enhance international competitiveness.

Looking to the future, the GCC will continue to solidify and expand the concept and connotation of new computing architectures overseas, introduce and guide the formulation of relevant national standards, and collaborate with global member partners to participate and build a platform to continuously promote the large-scale overseas expansion of the alliance's member ecosystem solutions.
