Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BoD) will oversee GCC's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning, membership fee adjustments, and execution of major initiatives.

Discuss, approve, and set annual priorities; draft the BoD's annual work report.

Review/approve establishment of affiliate branches/representative offices and major proposals from internal agencies/members, issuing binding resolutions.

Approve draft annual budget and finalize the previous year's financial report.

Review/approve key documents (excluding governance bylaws) and operational regulations.

Approve secretariat staffing plans and appoint the Secretary-General.

Greenlight Platinum member applications, terminate memberships, or delegate these decisions to authorized agencies.

Act on recommendations from the Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC) and Technical Committee.
